I’m keen on setting up a consultancy service which help business in UK, Europe and US to help in outsourcing their business process to India, which will enable them to be more competitive and thus profitable.
Having worked in UK as business consultant over 8 years plus through contacts/ networks/ ex clients of Indian IT companies in UK and India will be able to provide positive solutions to induvidual IT needs.

Question about Mortgage Consultant Companies?
Is it against California law for homeowners to be charged an immediate fee before any services are performed. I know in some states it is illegal to get any up front fees from consumers when assisting them with mortgage modification etc. How about California? Do you know any links I could visit?
they can charge upfront fees in CA. the better companies wont do that though. the CA department of real estate web site will help.
