Mortgage Consultant Schooling
I have been told today i am being made redundant ( as per my Q below ) and i dont know what to do from here?
I am an estate agent in Docklands London and have just been told i am being made redundant ( and before you all slate me for being an estate agent some of us are nice ) 
I dont know what to do from here i am 33 have a mortgage to pay and have only ever been in sales since i left school. I was thinking about becoming a recruitment consultant but only cause i cant think of what else i can do
Any suggestions?
I think i am too old now for college or on the spot training
It’s never easy after being made redundant but sometimes it could be the best thing thats ever happened to you.
I know your under the impression that college is past you now, but to be honest there are plenty of night time and open learning courses available just 2 nights a week. You could go out and get full time employment and do the open learing at the same time, usually they are self paced for people with difficult circumstances.
My friend worked in the same kind of line of work as you, he then moved onto fraud specialists with 3 mobile, another friend worked in a video store for years, then moved to sky as a telephone salesman now he works for axa as an under writer, and to be perfectly honest, he is a bit of a bum. lol.
But i all seriousness, there isnt really alot stopping you from doing what you want, and im sorry for not giving you alot of ideas, im merly trying to say that peoople can move from one job to a totally differant job and are still able to do their best.

also you should try looking into recruitment agencies like hays and adecco, had in you cv and make an appointmet to see an advisor. they can usually have a turn around for you in a couple of days, (at least set up the interviews).
Save Money on School
The above mentioned are the basic requirements in order to qualify for a home loan. Secondly, I was interested to know how big a home loan I could get considering Mortgage Consultant Schooling. As soon as I knew how much, I could start searching for a house.
