Real Estate Agents: a question for you.?
As a Mortgage Consultant with only 1 year in the field, but backed up by a broker with 30 years in business, I would like to know what would encourage a Real Estate Agent to deal with me. I need ideas of how to approach, and what to offer Real Estate Agents.
Also anything I should avoid doing?
Note: here in Ontario Canada, monetary compensation is for the most part prohibited.

Go meet realtors go to there classes learn how to teach classes for example a lot a realtors go take lending basic classes offer them to the different brokers.
And do a good job word to mouth most realtors have someone they like but not everyone so if you do a good job they will use you again.
