what information do you need for a mortgage?
We are thinking about getting a mortgage next year we know it takes 4-6 weeks but what information do they need i know they need 6 payslips if monthly what else do they need (Mortgage consultant/broker. Any information you think i need? Thanks I have just below average credit.
Depends on what type of mortgage you are looking for – if you are putting a large deposit down say 20-25% you need ID (passport) Utility bill within the last three months, you won’t need proof of income.
If you are borrowing most of the money say 95% – all lenders vary on what they ask for, the norm is 3 months payslips, or 1-3 year accounts if self employed, ID verification, 1 or 2 utility bills within the last three months, some want a P60, some want bank statements etc. It will depend on your status and credit score. Its not really your concern, your broker will ask you for exactly what he/she needs. Good Luck

Anyone with information about Florida, plus payment assistance programs, particularly about funding?
I'm under contract to buy a home in 3 weeks and my mortgage consultant gave me a good faith estimate was to receive four percent of grant to be used for home purchase. Now she said funds are not available, but says he hopes the funds available. I can not find any information on this program or funding for it.
Ask your lender to do so.
