chances of mortgage falling through?
We have our closing tomorrow morning at 10 am and I was just wondering what the chances of anything happening to our mortgage. My real estate agent called this morning to confirm our appointment at the title company and told me he received the papers from the financial company and we would be getting 350 back from when we paid for the appraisal… the sellers are paying our full closing costs…i asked him if anything bad could happen and he said no we are great. what are the chances of something bad happening? Im so nervous lol
Dont be worried I was like that with our first home we just closed on it…Even after we left the title company I still couldnt believe we actually owned our own house… relax, breath and CONGRATS!!
