It is also a consultant to the mortgage just another name for the loan officer?
A mortgage broker is a licensed person can get the banks to sign with them if they meet the requirements of the banks. A loan officer is usually As someone who works for the corridor, and a mortgage consultant does the same. There are many people mortgage hence the use of what seems more attactive because it has a title. I am someone who makes loans in NC and I consider myself a loan consultant. I work for a company that is approved with over 100 banks and consult people in the bank to suit there needs. So there is a difference, but there is nothing to regulate the people in my company to a particular title.
